Citizens look to elected or appointed officials to work at the best of their abilities on our behalf.  Town, county, state and federal administrators or the employees they hire are charged with implementing citizen priorities our elected officials delegate -- to create, execute and monitor plans and policies within applicable laws in the most cost and time efficient manner possible.
