As blogged by the Roanoke Times yesterday, a hearing was held Thursday, July 31, where arguments in support of moving forward or dismissing the complaint against us (and others) were presented.
A decision is expected by the court within six weeks. A first step could be dismissing charges against two of the individuals named without any basis (unless the basis is they had been seen at the same public meetings as the Ts, per plaintiff's counsel).
We thought freedom of speech and freedom of assembly were allowed by the United States Constitution, but instead they are declared by some to be a conspiracy.
