Even though Christiansburg Town Council moved its next meeting up one day earlier to avoid a conflict with this coming Tuesday's national elections, a historic event occurred today when council's Nov. 3rd agenda appeared.
Typically, council's agenda is made public barely 24 hours in advance of their meetings.
Kudos to all involved in getting this council agenda out a minimum of three business days in advance of the actual meeting date! Now that everyone knows it is possible, it is hopeful this practice will become the norm.
