Council's work session isn't today at 2 pm -- rereading the late Sunday email clearly states it is scheduled for one week from now. Mea culpa. After seeing the public excluded for so long, guess this demonstrated a personal bias that certain behaviors will creep back in relative to FOIA compliance.
Maybe the 10:14 pm Sunday time/date stamp of the official government notice contributed to this skepticism, as we're still accustomed to having to go to Town Hall during "normal business hours" to get any information.
