Add in carry over or ongoing items from the commission's meeting before that, held on Oct. 6 (minus a Conditional Use Permit six-month review to determine if there had been any problems since it was granted).

And be sure to look and be unsurprised the Planning & Zoning Department website has not been updated since before this past September 1, and so doesn't denote returning or departing members, or provide current agendas or past meeting minutes. (Not having web updates may be due to waiting to determine who will fill a Planning Commission vacancy effective this past September 1, or the upgraded town website initially targeted to launch in October. Or, that providing citizens with information is not a priority for town leaders. Or that the town can let a resident do it on their dime and time.)
