Protecting Students' Right To Vote showcased our county's voter registrar releasing a statement (written by an intern) with incorrect information, as blogged here on Aug 28 focusing on disaparities at RU and VT.
While it may all have been an innocent mistake, the underlying message is that ALL voter rights -- not just students -- need to be upheld. Always.
If "officials" worry about one constituent group or another swaying town or national elections, isn't that just democracy in action?
