What's the difference between the students attending these three institutions who registered to vote locally?
Apparently, it has nothing to do with state laws or a university being public or private. It may all come to whether students are perceived to lean red or blue. Are they seen as Democrats or Republicans? Residents or non-residents? Moral or amoral?
Why are some students being treated as second-class citizens and challenged on their right to vote where they currently live, while others have lobbying on their behalf?
